We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Mobile Catering Manager to support busy secondary and primary schools.
Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.
Term time with 3 additional cleaning days. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
