Catering Contingency Support
Could your school continue to provide meals if the kitchen had to close unexpectedly?
Staff absence, equipment failures, utility interruptions and food safety incidents can quickly disrupt catering services.
Schools managing their own catering should have suitable contingency arrangements in place to help maintain meal provision during unexpected disruption.
Subject to availability, Shire Services can provide:
- Emergency meal provision from our satellite kitchen
- Relief Catering Manager cover
- Practical contingency planning support
