We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Catering Manager to support a cluster of 7 schools in the Birmingham area.
Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.
DBS Required - Yes
Contract Type - Permanent
Weeks Per Year - 44.98
Hours Per Week - 30
Grade - Grade 7, SCP 12 - 17
Actual Salary -14.82 - 16.08 per hour
Location/Work base - Head office will be at the Food Enterprise Centre, Shrewsbury but the work base will be at one of our Birmingham Schools.

Required Start Date - TBC
Working Pattern Monday - Friday between 8am - 2pm.
Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days
