Level 2 Food Safety (Foundation)
A full‑day course (9.30am - 4pm).
This course must be refreshed every three years via the Level 2 Food Safety Refresher Course.

Level 2 Food Safety (Refresher)
A three-hour course for staff who have already completed the full Level 2 Food Safety course and need their three‑year refresher.
This course must be refreshed every three years.

Level 3 Food Safety (Intermediate)
This is a two‑day training course (9.30am - 4.30pm), and both days must be completed.
This course must be refreshed every three years.

Allergen Training
This two-hour course (2.30 - 4.30pm) covers essential allergen awareness and is suitable for all catering roles.
It must be refreshed every three years.
The refresher course is the same as the main course.
