Our Shire Services Cook has played a huge part in our relationship and that is the back bone, I believe, to the service that is delivered by the kitchen and the number of smiling faces we see every day at lunch service. When she joined, she was very quick to embrace the service and look at ways to make it the best that it can be. She gave me feedback straight away on what was going down well and what wasn't. She discussed with me what we wanted to achieve and made that her priority. She spent a lot of time looking at menus with me and coming up with a suitable menu. She and her team are an asset to the school.

We have recently joined you again in providing hot lunches. We would like to say as a school how happy we are with the service so far. Our Kitchen Assistant/Driver is highly thought of by staff and children. Not only does she do this on her own, but she goes above and beyond. She knows all of our children by name and remembers what they like and do not. She pays careful attention to our allergy children too. We are really happy with the quality and range on offer, especially the puddings the children tell me!
